Dilute the wet ogi with a little water to form a thick paste, heat up some water, once water is boiling , add to paste.
The way you add the water to the ogi is very important – QUICKLY pour the boiling water over the paste in a controlled manner, make sure the distance between the bowl containing the paste and the kettle with the water is not so far apart.
