Fresh fish (2) |
– wash and Blend Tomatoes, Tatashe, Rodo and Onions into a smooth paste. (15minutes) heat vegetable oil in a clean pot (2- 3 minutes) Add boiled pepper mix ( tomatoes ,tatashe and rodo )
-Add salt,seasoning cube for taste ,Cover pot and leave to cook for 7 – 10 minutes Add washed fish to boiling mixture, stir (do not stir with spoon,just hold the pot handle and swirl) cover pot and leave to cook for 10 – 15 minutes at low heat. FISH STEW IS READY! |
