How to cook Nigerian stew with dry tatashe and dry shombo
- Soak the dry tatashe and dry shombo in hot water for 30 minutes; this is to soften it .
- Drain off the water , then rinse dry tatashe and shombo thoroughly to properly remove dust or sand.
- Transfer into a blender , Add already washed fresh tomatoes , onions, ginger and any other spices you will like in your stew .
