To keep ugwu leaves at home for up to a week or more, make sure you buy dry leaves (ones that have not been dipped in water). Wrap the leaves up well with paper ( you can use old newspaper); put it in a nylon bag or ziploc and keep in the fridge- For this to work, there must be constant electricity supply.
