Vegetable oil | 2 cooking spoons | |||||||||

Soy sauce | 4 table spoons | |||||||||
Seasoning powder | 2 sachets | |||||||||
Water (boiling) | 2 litres | |||||||||

* In a sauce pan, heat the oil, fry the onions for 1 minutes.
* Add the vegetable & seasoning powder, fry for 2 more minutes
* Meanwhile, soak noodles in boiling water for 2 minutes, drain and add to the sauce. Add the soy sauce and 1 cooking spoon of hot water. Stir well.
* Cover and cook for 2 minutes
* Serve hot.
