FRENCH TOAST

INGREDIENTS QUANTITIES
METHOD
Fresh white bread or whole wheat bread 10 slices
Eggs 6
Milk 3 cups
Vanilla ½ tea spoon
Cinnamon 1 tea spoon
Granulated sugar 1 table spoon
Margarine 2 table spoon

* In a clean whisk the eggs properly.
* Add the milk, cinnamon, vanilla, sugar and whist well.
* Soak slices of bread in the mixture
* Fry on low heat in a lightly greased frying pan with margarine until golden brown on both sides.
* Serve immediately with hot chocolate drink and fresh crisp salad.
