FISH VEGETABLE SANDWICH

Smoked Mackerel(titus) Fish (de boned and flaked) 1 large size
Fresh hard tomato slices 12 pieces
Onions (finely chopped) 1 small piece
Lettuce 1 large head
Cucumber slices 12 pieces
Mayonnaise 6 tablespoons
Ground dry pepper 1 tablespoon
White or whole wheat
Bread (lightly toasted) 12 slices
Seasoning powder 1 sachet

* In a clean bowl mix fish, mayonnaise, seasoning powder onions and ground pepper to make a spread.
* Spread the fish mixture on a slice of bread. Then place the tomato slices and lettuce and another slice of bread to form a layer. Place the cucumber on top, some more fish mix and cover with a slice bread.
* Trim the edges and cut into neat triangles.
* Serve with a cold chocolate drink.
