MIXED VEGETABLE CHICKEN NOODLES

INGREDIENTS QUANTITIES
METHOD
Chicken breast shredded and seasoned 2 pieces
Noodles 6 medium packs
Carrots (shredded) 2 cups
Cabbage (shredded) 2 cups
Peas or green beans (shredded) 1 cup
Vegetable oil 2 cooking spoons
Onions (shredded) 1 large bulb
Soy sauce 4 table spoons
Seasoning powder 2 sachets
Water (boiling) 2 litres
Salt To taste to taste

* In a sauce pan, heat the oil, fry the onions for 1 minutes.
* Add the vegetable & seasoning powder, fry for 2 more minutes
* Meanwhile, soak noodles in boiling water for 2 minutes, drain and add to the sauce. Add the soy sauce and 1 cooking spoon of hot water. Stir well.
* Cover and cook for 2 minutes
* Serve hot.
