MOI-MOI WITH OGI

Beans Paste 6 cups
Moi moi Leaves 1 bunch
Vegetable Oil 4 cooking spoons
Pepper 4 pieces
Shombo 4 pieces
Tatashe 4 pieces
Onions 1 large bulb
Cray Fish 4 tablespoons
Smoked Mackerel
Fish (Flaked)  1 whole
Seasoning cube  3
Warm Water 3 cups

* In a clean bowl mix the beans paste with all the ingredients and seasoning.
* Add oil and warm water, mix to a soft consistency.
* Wash the leaves, wrap spoons full of the mixture in the clean leaves and fold neatly.
* Steam for about 1 hour
* Serve with ogi.
