How to make pap without lumps?

Dilute the wet ogi with a little water to form a thick paste, heat up some water, once water is boiling , add to paste.

The way you add the water to the ogi is very important – QUICKLY pour the boiling water over the paste in a controlled manner, make sure the distance between the bowl containing the paste and the kettle with the water is not so far apart. Immediately the water is poured in, stir the pap…  Pap is ready!
