Oha soup box
|preparation time : 45 minutescooking time : 55 minutes
|meat + pomo||Peel ,wash and cook cocoyam in 1 litre water till soft, drain and mash (20 minutes)wash and debone smoked fish (5 minutes)properly wash oha leaves (7- 10 minutes)
Thoroughly wash meat,ponmo and stock fish (10 minutes)
Cook with sliced onions, seasoning cubes,salt, cameroun pepper and salt till tender (20-25 minutes)
Add in smoked fish, palm oil and leave to cook for 7-8 minutes
Add mashed cocoyam into cooking mixture and leave for 10 minutes.
Stir properly; add in blended rodo and ground crayfish
Leave to boil for 7-8 minutes.
Add in oha leaves and leave to cook for 3 – 5minutes.
