|NSALA SOUP|| preparation time : 40 minutes
cooking time :45 minutes
|yam (2- 3 slices)||cut,peel and wash slices of yam, boil till soft,Mash thoroughly (20 minutes)wash and debone smoked fish (5 minutes)
wash and blend rodo in electric blender. (5 minutes)
Wash meat ,pomo and stock fish. (10 minutes)
boil stockfish with uziza, uda, chopped onion ,seasoning cubes and salt for 10 minutes
Add meat and pomo ,leave for another 25minutes to boil till tender.
Add in smoked fish
Sprinkle mashed yam into the cooking mixture ,add achi as thickeners.
Add ground crayfish and blended rodo
Leave to boil for 10minutes and taste for seasoning
