Fresh fish pepper soup
|FISH PEPPERSOUP||preparation time : 30 minutes cooking time :35 minutes|
|Cat fish/croaker fish||Wash fish,take out dirt from fish (10 minutes)when working with croaker fish, be sure to remove the scales off the fish using knife
how to wash the catfish-
rub the fish all over with salt and leave for 5 minutes,wash the fish thoroughly water,the slime on the fish skin comes off as you wash.
leave fish in salted water for 10-15 minutes(so the fish can absorb the salt for taste).
pluck scent leaves off stalk,chop leaves ,set aside (5 minutes)
Boil water then add dry pepper, 2-3 table spoons of peppersoup spice,sliced onions,crayfish, seasonings and salt. (5-7 minutes )
Leave to boil for 15 minutes.
Add washed fish into boiling mixture and leave to boil for another 10-15 minutes at low heat
fish peppersoup is ready!
