|Wash meat thoroughly and cut stockfish into pieces.season with salt and seasoning cubes,add in chopped onions and boil till tender with little water (half – one litre ).(25- 30 minutes)
Wash ukazi leaves and pound till smooth, set aside .(10 minutes)
wash periwinkles (2 minutes)
Thoroughly Wash and de-bone smoked fish, set aside (5 minutes)
When meat is soft, add blended rodo, ground crayfish, smoked fish and cook for 5 minutes.
Add ukazi leaves, palm oil,periwinkles , stir and allow to cook for 6-7 minutes.
Add the waterleaves and stir
Allow to cook for 5 minutes more.
