grain and hence used for a lot of recipes that are health driven.
It is sometimes mixed and blended with other grains into
flour and made to swallow
The flour is also used in baking

The local type has low sugar compared to the imported and is
mostly eaten by individuas who are diabetic.
Wheat grain can be stored for as long as 5 to 6 months.
An air tight container would be best for preserving the
quality of the wheat during this duration.
